MDJunction to me

peasha"This has been one of the most supportive places I have ever been. I found MDJ by mistaking looking for drs to help me with my many health issues and since that day over a year ago I have found a tight nit little family that keeps me going when the times are tough and offers me a place of retreat to share my successes and failures with others. I get to see the humor and seriousness of what I experience as well as the resources to learn about my health conditions. Thanks MDJ" (peasha)

Hello,

Does anyone like to read as a distraction? What are your favorite authors or books that you would recommend?

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. Where is everyone?

What type of books does she write?

I have been reading the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind. The show "The Legend of the Seeker" was based on them. The books are a lot better than the series. I am reading the last book now and waiting for the new one to come out this summer.

Once I finish this book, I will start the Frankenstein series by Dean Koontz. I've read a few of them before, but will now read all of them in order.

Hi Lazy,

I have been reading the Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris on which Trueblood on HBO is based and also Karen Harper's The First Princess of Whales and the subsequent series on Elizabethen England.
