Hi, I have been using Orencia for over a year. At first I had it by infusion and then switched to the injectable about 10 months ago. It does make me very tired the day after my injection so I do take it at night and try not to have anything scheduled for the next day. It took along time before I noticed an improvement with my symptoms. I did take methotrexate with it but, have stopped due to elevated liver enzymes. I still take a low dose steroid and really need to get off that but, the Orencia is not working that well. Some people say they gain weight with Orencia.
