I just found this group and am hoping I can get more insightful info on these meds. Has anyone had experience with actemra or orencia infusions?

Hi, I have been using Orencia for over a year. At first I had it by infusion and then switched to the injectable about 10 months ago. It does make me very tired the day after my injection so I do take it at night and try not to have anything scheduled for the next day. It took along time before I noticed an improvement with my symptoms. I did take methotrexate with it but, have stopped due to elevated liver enzymes. I still take a low dose steroid and really need to get off that but, the Orencia is not working that well. Some people say they gain weight with Orencia. I have been battling the weight since I slowed down with my RA and started all these different meds. I hope it woks for you. Ann
