I never know how pred will make me feel. Sometimes it makes me very hateful. Sometimes weepy. Sometimes just lots of energy. But always sweaty. Last time I took it(high doses) it didn't affect me in the weepy/hateful department. My family was thankful. Just try to keep as cool as possible. If you have a fan turn it toward you. Anything that cools your body will help. I am guessing that is normal,, I sure hope alot of the inflammation goes away.
