MDJunction to me

jpcrps"When I found MD Junction, I was in the beginning stages of RSD/CRPS. I was scared, lacked knowledge about the condition, and felt very alone.

MD Junction changed all of that for me. I found friendship and terrific information from people who had first-hand knowledge of this syndrome. It was and still is a big part of my life.

MDJ was my first step on the journey of grief; from denial to acceptance. I am now inspired to help others by sharing this amazing site and sharing my own experiences. I am very impressed that one forum site can provide hope and inspiration to people suffering from so many different conditions. I am proud to be a part of this community.

As I am newly dxd & just starting on treatment I was wondering if this is normal...I have little red areas showing on my fingers, toes and ankles..they feel like an electric shock running thru them ,started on one finger then went to another on opposite hand same with toes.......

I take 200mg x 2 plaquenil daily & 10mg prednisone.....Unsure

I haven't had that side effect from either of those. I think prednisone can cause hives and such as a severe side effect. Please call your rheumy and tell them about this.

Keep us posted.

Like Laura, I have not had this experience, and echoing her advice, "Call your doc!"
Please do not interpret ANYTHING I post as medical advice. I have many airtight opinion, but those opinions should not be conjectured as absolutes.
