Rheumatoid Arthritis Study Survey

Hello,

I am a freshman from high school. I am participating in the Alameda County Science and Engineering Fair. For this, I am doing an epidemiology study on the correlation between meat consumption and rheumatoid arthritis symptoms. I have made surveys to conduct my survey. Please fill out this online anonymous survey, which should take no more than 2 minutes, if you have doctor- diagnosed RA or no RA.
