I believe it has also offered me the chance to reach out and help others. A simple Thank you, is all that I have to offer, to this site and to the wonderful people here.

Hi Mike

Sorry, but I have not had infusion with Rituxan yet.

However, I will be checking to see what responses you get because I think I will be getting Rituxan in the near future.

I originally started the biologics with Remicade (didn't work for me) I am now on Orencia infusions and I am coming to the sad conclusion that it is not working and I am at the max dose....

My Rheumy told me that Rituxan was the next biologic he wanted me to try.

I hope Rituxan works well for you. I also hope that I find my perfect match of a biologic, as I have been having infusions for 2yrs now and my RA has been resistant to treatment so far.

Good Luck, I am sure someone will post on here about Rituxan.

Rituxan infusions for the last three years have been a miracle for me. Diagnosed 9 years ago with Moderate - Severe RA age 53 and the Rituxan has done the best job for me at controlling the disease. I have had no reactions at all beyond a day of extreme fatigue on one occasion following an infusion.

My mom has a friend who takes Rituxan and loves it. I loved Remicade, but I ended up allergic to it. I am taking Orencia now, and Cella, like you I don't think it is working. My rheumy suggested Actemra too. Anyone know anything about it? This trial and error is so frustrating!!!
