Cool It was almost 90 degrees out today and there was NO WAY I was staying inside and hiding out... I got on my swimsuit, grabbed my "noodle" and my campchair and headed out to the lake... My inlaws were all out at the dock today so I knew I would be well taken care of... I sat and visited with them all for about an hour and couldnt take it anymore... That water was calling my name... I asked my sister in law if she wanted to get in.. She smiled and said "meet you down there".

I pretty much just jumped in from the dock. And held on for dear life to my noodle... I know, I should of had a life jacket on. But it was wonderful... We floated for almost two hours... It did my soul so much good to be in that water. I was needing to get the pressure off of my spine and my legs and shoulders.. It did the trick. I felt wonderful... I tried moving my legs a little... Didnt overdue anything.. Just floated, took it easy...

Then the clouds moved in along with the cool front... And everything changed immediately.. I am so thankful that we didnt float to far away from the dock. I couldnt get out of that water fast enough. It immediately made me feel like I was in a bowl of needles. Lord.... I got out of there so fast I didnt know I could move like that still! lol

Anyways, I am back home, safe and sound...Anyways... It was a pretty good afternoon... Got to rest, get some sun and visit with friends and family... Not to bad for a Sunday....

At least you had a nice time, and had fun in the water. They say swimming is therapeutic. Too bad about the weather changing though

Noodles, It's good for you and I'm glad you had a good time. It's hard to seperate you from them noodles huh! I think we do ourselfves good to get as much exercise as possible. It helps to make up for the winter hybernation. And not to mention a slice of normal. That's one thing you've still get to do. Girl you need a jaccuzi! Heat and slow the jets.
