Hi everyone..

It is my sad duty here to tell you all that Twinkles is stepping down as a leader.

She is going to stay with us as a member which I know everyone will be glad to know.

Twinkles has been such an asset to this group over the years, so much so I have no words that can

express it. She has been for me a friend as well as a fellow leader in this group.

Twinkles is stepping down because she feels that she can not do the job here as a leader with all the other projects that she has going. All of this I completely understand, as she is a wealth of knowledge for all when it comes to RSD.

I hope everyone will let Twinkles know how much she will be missed as a leader here, but how thankful we are that

she is staying with us as a member.....

Craig

Hi Twinkles,

I'm glad to hear that athough you can't be a leader anymore, you'll still be in the group. You've done so much for so long I don't know how you've done it. Thanks for the times you've helped me, and for being a leader. Hope you're feeling OK.

Thanks,

gail

Twinkles was the embodiment of an excellent leader, but if anyone here hasn't visited her website (http://www.crpsadvisory.com/), I really urge you to. It easily rivals my own site as a wealth of information on RSD/CRPS, and I know what a big job it is to single-handedly research, edit, update, and maintain such a large site.

Twinkles, I'm glad you'll still be here as an active member, as I've always enjoyed our conversations as co-leaders and great friends.

Be well, and please have an amazingly low-pain month!

Howard

Twinkles

You have always been an inspiration for me as well as Craig too.

But I know a person can only do so much, so that I can relate with very well. I'm happy to know you will still be a member of MDj as well...Thats the Good News!!

Thank you so much Craig, I'm still sad as it has not yet set in really. You've been a great friend and leader.

Thank you so much too Gail, Howard, Patty and pjs. Smile

I have a big upcoming project with the Power of Pain Foundation. This one is not only online. It will be offline where I have the opportunity of reaching 1000's in a single 6 hour event. We're holding an online auction to help get us there. A raffle on site. The information I'll be able to share will all those people at the Convoy of Hope teaching them about RSD, letting them know it exists, hanging out packets etc makes me happy. I've sent out Press releases, working on speeches, doing offline fundraising. Busy.

I'm producing an RSD Limbs Video that should be ready for YouTube soon (being produced on behalf of the Power of Pain Foundation)

And in between doing my best to handle and cope with the pain that still kicks my butt every other day. For 1 decent day up, I'm down the next.

Representing the Power of Pain Foundation as CA Ambassador at the 6th Annual Neuropathy Action Awareness Day hosted by the NAF (Neurpathy Action Foundation) was a really great and informative day. I met Barby Ingle, helped work our booth for a bit and was really honored to be there. That single day kicked my butt for days, not just a day or two or 3. But I will do it again next year in Los Angeles if all goes well. Smile

I'm also dealing with home issues, seems to never ease up.

You all will remain in my hearts, the last 3 years will never leave me and have taught me much also.

I'll still be around Smile and I hope to participate here as much as possible.

Love you all,

~Twinkle

Twinkles, I am so sad that you need to step down from the leadership team but glad you are staying on the group. I understand about how busy you are, working t0 spread the word about our disease, working to hold your family safe and still hurting so badly. I so admire you!. You are such a treasure to this group.

Sending you a warm hug (or given the temperature here, maybe that should be a cool hug.) Also know you are always in my prayers.

Twinkles,

Sad to lose you as a leader, you truly embody all the best qualities of a leader. You will be missed. Happy that you will remain here as a member and look forward to the continued journey we share. Best of luck in all your ventures to spread the word on RSD and promoting awareness through The Power of Pain Foundation. You are leaving for a higher purpose and that makes losing a treasured leader like you just a little easier.

Hugs my Friend,

Julie aka scorpioj

Rev,

Thank you also. I hope that while my body allows I can do at least a few offline events on behalf of all of us and RSD. I hope to be back on the air with Trudy soon, too. If not full time, part time.

My own CRPS only allows me so much. I've been using a lot of mind over body tools. I have to not only for my pain, but for the family issues that continue to arise and or remain.

Thank you for the prayers,

~Twinkle

Julie,

Thank you so very much also. This is a higher calling and I'm proud to be apart of it for as long as I can be and as I mentioned above as long as my body and pain allows me.

If only pain allowed me more time in the day (or even at night) to be here more, I could have tried to remain, but it didn't. I've been trying for months now and began to feel that I was letting you all down as I have not been able to be as active as I once was.

And while you have great leaders it was my job to be here also and I began to fall short. It wasn't fair. At least to me.

I can still be reached here or on facebook. If you or anyone wants to connect let me know in IM. Smile

Big hug back,

~Twinkle
