Hi Stacie, thanks for the message. What stage are you at or in should I say? I an progressivly moving through stage 2 of this misery and did not realize that so many people share this devil with us.I have found a few things that seem to make it better, even if only briefly. I dose fairly heavy on oxycodone(80MG) the first thing in the morning and try not to dose again till the afternoon. My RSD seems to get worse in the mid to late afternoon. I have been using a product called Banalg, which is a topical(over the counter)reliver that gives me about 15-30 minutes of topical(not total) relief. If topicals work for you give it a try, about $5.00/4oz bottle. I look forward to talking with you and reading your posts. My sincerest best wishes to you. Dan
