Hi Dan,

Being on your foot 6-7 hours a day is great. Is this every day? that's really good! No, I haven't tried herbs yet for my RSD, still working within the medical system...

feel good,

Bailey

Hi again, and yes I do manage to be outside 7-10 hours a day. I do take sit downs and I have a golf cart to go see my friends. I live in a rural area, so the golf cart really comes in handy. I have three buddies and the houses are all minimum 2 acres, so it's a ways between stops. I am blessed with good friends who are understanding of my condition and are always here to help me if I need it. Does you pain get worse later in the day? What type of meds do you take daily and when? I was told to stay ahead of the pain, because if you have intense pain, it takes too long to get a little relief. I use 80mng of hydrocodone when I get up and try not to dose again till 5-6 in the evening. I am also experienting with some herbs (ALternativr medicine) and I wrote a post on taking care of you liver. My best wishes to you.
