Hello Everyone,

I had a question for anyone that might be going thru this has anyoen had realay bad cramping like a charlie horse times 20 where in my case the toes are sitting on top of each other and I jsut cant move them and the pain is insane. This seems to keep happening to me and its a new type of pain that Im havign and I didint know if anyone has had this and if so what can you do.

Lately is happening more and more as I drive which is scaring me and Im stuck takign muscle relaxers to try and help and those are takign 15 to 20 mins. to kick in.

Any help would be greatful.

Craig,

I take Tizandine 4mg. That is the generic name for it I dont know what the brand name is called. I normally take 3 or 4 a day but when I cramp up so badly I have to take up to 10. Which i hate doing. I also have flexeral for when it really gets bad but that just makes me sleep and I need to be able to function.

Any suggestions?

Robin

Yes, I get them in my calves too. Very painful. Maybe eating bananas for the potassium? That is supposed to help cramps.

HI...all.... I have been going to a holistic Dr...and I will have to look at my stuff from her and give you the name of the natural med stuff she gave me for that..... and it has helped me alot.....

But she has also said a very good multi vitimin... that has all the minerals in it...... not just at daily use levels........

You need Zinc and Iron and copper and magnisum..... along with potassium and so on......

any way I have to go back out to the horse trailer to get the name of the med she recommended...... will give it later...

Craig...
