I know with my RSD I have been losing my balance while walking and getting up off a chair or something. But does anyone know if dizziness comes along with RSD. Sometimes it's when I am sitting and stand up I'll be dizzy especially when walking up stairs I'll start to wobble sort of and almost fall backwards. Which is why I started to walk with a cane I lost my balance in walmart in a couple times.

Good question. I've been thinking of this myself. I do have more balance problems, now. But, dizziness is a separate issue. I know that some meds made me have bad dizzy spells, but even off the meds, I'm still getting occasional spells. I'll be interested in anyone's comments.

I used to fall alot! It was from being dizzy. I asked my specialist about it. He said it was very common in RSD patients. Between lack of REM sleep, the meds we take, and some of us have balance issues, it does happen. I have a walker I use when needed. But that is just one mans opinion. lol I bet there is a million of them out there!

Very funny guys... I was saying that my specialist is just one opinion. There are many other specialists out there with other opinions.

I had a rough night last night... lol Lisa, you know what I am talking about... Sorry for the confusion!
