Felicia,

I don't mean to scare you, but it is very intense. You have an hour lunch break. You have to bring a bathing suit, lock and flip flops for the pool. They have small lockers you can put your stuff in. I brought my lunch everyday, but there are places around to go to. Your sessions typically ended at 50 minutes past the hour and begin on the hour. Pretty much, your schedule is filled up every hour, beginning at 8 AM, ending at 4 PM Monday through Friday, with lunch being 12 PM to 1 PM. The Dr you saw and psychologist you met with will most likely be the ones treating you -- who did you see? It is boot camp, no doubt about it. I was 100% honest about my experience. I did learn some things from the program, but I wouldn't do it again. And I say that not because it was too physically demanding for me (it was physically demanding, but I push myself a lot so I could/ made myself handle it), but because I didn't get enough out of it to justify what I went through. It was also very hard for me being in a strange city I'd never been to, alone, not knowing a soul, having RSD, being away from my family & support system, having to deal with all new Drs, etc. Again, other people have had different experiences. Keep me posted!

Be well,

Jen

Hey Jen,

Dr.Caissoff is the doctor I saw,and I Don't remember he psy dr. I saw. Wow...I feel you with having to handle it and just doing what you have to get through it! I'm just wondering how much better will I be or if I will be? Kinda can't wait to get started, just to get it over with? Thanks for the heads up though! I will be keeping you posted itBlink
