Well, I started taking 2- 50mg of Nucynta today, I am so damn nausiated! I just hate this feeling! If its going to be like this all the time, I hope it worth it!!! I am not the person that feels pitty for myself nor want it from others, but I feel so bad for me right now, and maybe it might be a good time to get up and put some lipstick on!

This might not be a medication for you, but also this nausea might pass pretty soon. Did you eat when you took it? Some meds you HAVE to eat something with them or you will get nauseated. I've taken morphine for about 3 years or so and early on I took a dose of it without food as I was rushing to get somewhere. I had to pull off the highway when the nausea hit me. I always take it with food now and have never been nauseated again.

I'm sorry you were feeling so bad today. I absolutely hate being nauseated and am a wimp about it. I hope it has passed!

Thanks Gail! Much better today, slept also most of yesterday, went back to 1 pill this morning, trial and error I guess!

Hi Barb, Did the Nucynta help your pain? I am taking it too and find it to be better than Percocet so far. I tried 2 pills and had the same reaction. Back to one for now. May try two later as I get used to it.

I do feel it addresses the pain so much better than Oxycodone. Also 2 50mg are equivlent to 1 5mg Percocet. I am also starting on the Nucynta ER, which has the same strength as 20mg oxycotin. Also am having positive results with the compound and hope to be able to cut back on the oral meds! Good luck Jon and glad to hear its helping you too!
