MDJunction to me

MisaBlue01"MD Junction has been a safe haven for me. I have met so many caring and understanding people and i don't feel so alone anymore with my bipolar. I now know that others suffer as well and that we need each other for support. I hope that one day we can all learn to love and respect each other more and that no one will have to suffer anymore." I had my SSI hearing this morning and I won. They awarded it based on PTSD, chronic pain, and my bleeding disorder. They say all the conditions are permanent. They asked why I wasn't on medication and my lawyer pointed out that I can't afford the doctor visits.

Sara, I'm so glad you got SSI. Did they tell you when Medicare would start? It is not at the same time so unless they postdate it to the time you applied, it will still be awhile. Can't you got to your county health department clinic for some help? I know it is not at all what a good pain doc would give you. That will mave to wait for Medicare to kick in. We're still here if you need us. Thanks for the report from your SSI judgement meeting.

Sending hugs and prayers that you will feel less pain tomorrow than today.

Sara,

That's so great and I'm happy for you that you won't have to keep fighting for it and can now concentrate more on what to do about all you're dealing with. I know you have alot on your plate, so take good care of yourself! I hope you're getting good pain care soon!

YES!! Always good to hear when great things happen to help you.
I am privileged to be part of this wonderful family. You all help me keep my sanity when the chronic pain puts me into severe depression and pain. I value your opinion and your advice.

I am not a medical doctor or a trained pain management person. I want to give hope as you all have given me hope to live with RSD. DP

Glad to hear that Sara. When I went the judge stopped the proceedings and said there was no way I could work. It would of been nice for them to decide that before I hired a lawyer.

Many Hugs, Cindy

Yeah! I surely hope this doc is not only knowledgable about RSD/CRPS but willing to work as a partner on your disease and pain care. I'm so glad the appointmant is so soon.
