Hey all, Just thought I would let you know that I tried a vitamin supplement called "nerve shield" and it has proved to be extremely helpful, especially during this freezing cold time of year! This paired with massage therapy and daily massages on my own with "volcanic oil" and tanning have proved to be immensely helpful. My pain has decreased by a lot, despite stress and the bitter cold! I suggest this to y'all because I know everyone is having trouble with this cold spell. |
