 So I mentioned how I feel like I have 2 bfs sometimes because sometimes he is so sweet and loving and other times he wont stay away from my zipper. Well he called me up last night and was telling me he has to take pills but wouldn't tell me what for and he said sometimes he feels like he is two people in one body and he was so upset and I dont know what to do now. He said the pills keep him together well but that he hadnt been taking them lately because they make him not be able to feel as much and he wanted to be able to feel. i really have no idea what to do now. I'm not gonna leave him because he has a mental problem but i cant stay with someone who's so irratic. help! idk what to do

 He needs to tell you what it is. Two different people can be a lot of things but bipolar is the one that comes to mind. Whatever it is he does need to accept that he must stay on his medication and talking to his counselors. Try to make him feel that you won't leave or judge him and he may tell you. Then learn about whatever it is they say he has or at least look up the drug.

 I dont think its bipolar because its nothing like my friend who is bipolar and he seemed really really reluctant to tell me and he knows my other friend is bipolar and i accept her. also he seems to forget things a lot like i was thinking split personality or something because we'll make plans and then he'll talk to me the next day and make new plans as if he's completly forgotten we've already made them. and he changes his mind a lot like one day he says if he catches me with cigarettes he'll throw them out and the next he's asking me if i have any. he does a lot of stuff like that it makes me SO confused

 I guess you'll have to wait until he wants to tell you what is going on. Do you know what the medication is? Sometimes certain ones are for certain conditions. It usually doesn't help to add alcohol or other drugs when the person has a mental or emotional condition. It would be confusing to deal with, but until he trusts you enough to tell you, things won't change.

Mutiple personalities is a rare condition I believe. There are lots of other things it could be.

 He wouldnt tell me the medication either because he's not dumb and knew if he told me that I would just look it up to see what it was for. Idk what to do really he makes me so confuzzled sometimes :/

 Does he react violently when he feels abandoned by someone close to him? Does he cut off friendships abruptly? Does he think in terms of white and black? Things and people are either all good or all bad, there is no middle ground. This is a hard disorder for a person to live with as a so but it can be done as long as they understand it is their issue and that they need to take responsibility for it. Good luck with it.

 He's never really been violent to me. idk if he thinks in white and black as you said. he does seem to be like either we dont do anything or we have sex there isnt really any in between with that for him like not makeing out and snuggleing if we arent gonna have sex. its so hard to know what to expect cause hes a different person every day and lately hes been being kind of a dick he said he was gonna hang out with me on saturday and friday but didnt either day and didnt even call to say so i had to call him and be like hey where were you today. idk if that has anything to do with the disorder though

 From what I remember they cut people out of their lives randomly then come back. I've only read a little about it.
