Yeah I figured therapy is what I need. Wish I could fix this on my own.

Yeah that is what I have done for several years but it's just not working now. There is no stress thats new from the rape so I dont know what has made this as big of an issue as it has now become.

Yes. My doc dxed me but I never learned in that how to deal wth this. Maybe I should talk to that group. I am in it too.

I am learning about PTSD too, when I am having a panic attack I have to contact other people for them to talk me down. I don't know if that is an option for your situation...

I can deal with panic attacks. This is more like I am put in some virtual world that feels real but isnt and I cant seem to convince myself its fake.
