 I was wondering if anyone knew a group or organization who would buy an Air Conditioner or Conditioners for a person with very limited funds with PF. I have an HVAC unit,which is for the birds. I could use 1 or 2 for my handicapped apartment. And maybe some help paying for the power bill.
