I got out of a very abusive relationship two years ago and have been rebuilding my life. I realized I was an alcoholic and I have 8 and a half months sober now. It was also suggested that it was quite probable that I am bipolar and have ADD. Looking back through my life I could see how this could be. Even so, I was doing pretty good waiting for the official diagnosis, which is by Telemed if you have CMSP in Butte County. But I made a huge mistake a couple of weeks ago. I let a friend come and stay with me for a couple of weeks and he doesn't really understand bipolar and that I really am happy if I'm doing twelve things all at the same time. So I tried to conform to his expectatioons to avoid conflicts and I lost my serenity in the process. He's gone now, but I am still struggling trying to get my feet back under me. I admit if I didn't have A prescription for Xanax I would not be doing well at all. I'm actually hoping I'll have a hypomania experience just so I can feel good for awhile. Crazy, huh? |
