MDJunction to me

jpcrps"When I found MD Junction, I was in the beginning stages of RSD/CRPS. I was scared, lacked knowledge about the condition, and felt very alone.

MD Junction changed all of that for me. I found friendship and terrific information from people who had first-hand knowledge of this syndrome. It was and still is a big part of my life.

MDJ was my first step on the journey of grief; from denial to acceptance. I am now inspired to help others by sharing this amazing site and sharing my own experiences. I am very impressed that one forum site can provide hope and inspiration to people suffering from so many different conditions. I am proud to be a part of this community.

Feeling irritable today and I don't feel like doing anything. I am not sure why I am feeling this way because I had a great weekend. I called into work today just because I didn't feel like going. I just feel like I am in a funky mood but I am not sure why.

Anyone else get like this?

Not really. i had a therapy appointment where we went over in detail different aspects of my rape. I had flashbacks and I am just so depressed and tired right now.

I need to pull it together.

Sorry leigha that you are feeling down. But you are strong and i know you will pull out of it. Just for grins when ever you see your GP have your thyriod checked. Having low hormone can have simular syptoms and PTSD does. It would not hurt just to check. I have both. Hope you feel better soon.

I've had my thyroid checked before and was told it was fine. It's just my noodle that is causing me all this grief. Had a bad therapy appointment this week as well with enough flashbacks to last a life time. Had them at work today too and then I got really depressed. I know therapy isn't going to be a breeze but I really hate digging into my past and reliving shit.

There are all levels of healing. Perhaps you are reaching the top. Keep doing what you are doing. If you go over the top, it can mean only one thing. It all down hill from here. And it will get better and better each day. Im praying for you.
