The pain in my chest from panic is almost unbearable today. I am trying to just let it come, challenge it so it will go away and journal. Nothing is helping!

Sad

Very dizzy...

I have had panic all my life. Then I was raped and it was all unleashed like never before. It hasn't been a year yet. The breathing is good. I do simple meditation and sit with it, instead of running away or trying to get rid of the feelings. I try. Thinking back I have improved a lot. I read a lot of Pema Chodron. Just advice on being with your feeling instead of trying to get rid of it. I find that if I just relax and know that it's ok and normal under the circumstances for me to feel this way, it's a lot less powerful. I try to just feel it completely, but also let it go. Easier said than going through it.

I can stop the hyperventilating but it's the pain in my left arm that will not go away. It is almost constantly there.
