I dont really know how to start this, its the first post I've made on a message board. Actually writing this out is hard , living the way I am now is even harder.

I was gang raped 4 years ago by three men, two went to prison, the last one is on the run. I was beaten badly, hospilized for a week, then found out I was pregnant. I had an abortion. Its been the longest 4 years of my life, my whole life was changed. I dont know how to make all this go away , I cant seem to make it stop in my head.

first i want to say. you might not get over it all at once. to find out you were pregnant from one of those jerks is worse. i can tell you heal from one first then the other. i know rape. i know abortion. i have gone through both at different times. rape and sexual abuse at a wrong age. abortion at an older age. abortion i made a choice. i believe your choice was more confuseing seeing that it was tramatic the way it happened.if you can seek therapy so, your healing can start.
