Wanted to start a post where you state at least 3 what rocks for you, on the flip side up to 2 max what sucks for you? So you state at least 1 more positive than negative. It is healthy to vent yet it is also tonic for the health to share what is going right/what is good in your life. Will start it off. What Rocks for me today:- 1) my boys have taken really good care of me(boys=hubby & k9) so whilst felt fairly delicate their love has given me strength plus comfort as well as feel much loved. 2)confirmation of our booking for holiday to Malta came in post today- am very excited about this(only a 4 hour flight,too)plus get to see my Maltese friend Sara- go this September.Think the warm weather will help the fibromyalgia much, too. 3)Managed to do a little stitching(cross stitching) which was groovy. what sucks:- 1) Housebound today due to the pretty high pains from the fibro.
