MDJunction to me

nvrsubtle"Not having any local Bipolar support groups where I live, MDJuntion has given me a place in which people understand what I am going through and has given me a new outlook on life with support that is real and good. Without
the support that I receive from MDJunction, I would be wandering through
life with no one who understands me. I owe so much to MDJunction for giving
me a life line to help get me through the toughest times.

Amy, we all get times where you think it's helpless. I can't remember the number of times after my Gastric Bypass surgery, when I was feeling so weak and couldn't keep any food or liquid inside me, even water was coming back up, it was horrendous. I think that's the way life works, you get ups and you get downs, and you just have to enjoy the good parts and learn how to battle through the bad parts.

I have no idea what issues you're going through, what is happening in your life or why you feel so emotional, so it's hard to give specific advice. The offer in my previous post remains, and you're welcome to message me anytime if you think I can help more specifically.

I live on a small island in the Irish Sea, quite often I need to spend time in London, Manchester and Scotland, so it's quite hard at times, not having anyone in the UK for me. My parents, my sister, they all live on the island, so often, I am quite alone. Sometimes, even I can feel lost and helpless and unsure where to turn.

You have an inner strength, I know you do even if you don't feel it yourself - and I am sure you can get through anything if you put your mind to it.

Please, use me if you think I can help.
