I'm an Advocate

Since joining this group I have been learning a lot. I've learned the more I embrace the person I have become the more freely I of myself to help others. I have been through numerous traumas throughout my life and instead of using my past as the bane of my existence, I can see that my past can be a tool box to help others. I had for a while shut down and kept to myself not sharing my experience. I know today I am a loving, caring, compassionate person. Every day I embrace this the more freely I give of myself. Smile
peace & hugs

I agree with Clarita, that was a great post Rick. It feels good to be able to use our past pains to help others.

Gentle hugs, John.
