Hey ladies!

I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was almost 16. I'm almost 21 now.

When I was first diagnosed, my endocrinologist put me on Metformin and Spironolactone, along with suggesting several supplements. It got to the point where I was taking 11 pills/supplements a day and I got tired of it after several months so I just quit and stopped seeing an endocrinologist.

Today I finally went back and was once again prescribed Spironolactone; this time I was also prescribed Metformin ER. My endocrinologist also suggested using natural progesterone cream. She also suggested to do bloodwork before suggesting any supplements.

I'm currently taking Yaz to regulate.

So I guess my questions are: Have any of you used Spironolactone, Metformin ER, or natural progesterone cream for a long period of time? How have they affected you?

Also, I've managed to lose weight in the past but have always managed to gain it back. What have you done to keep it off?
