My oldest daughter has PCOS. She deals with symptoms and the fact that she is unable to become pregnant. The side effects of medications prompted her to try alternatives. She will be 30yo this fall. She said that taking calcium and vitamin D promoted her period, so that might help. Today, I learned that her ANA was positive, and more recently, I found out that my ANA has become positive. Is it something in the environment, food, or water that our genes or hormones don't like?
