Hi there... I read your profile... I'm so sorry you are going through so much! Does your doctor have you on any type of medication? Have you tried Metformin? That's what my daughter is on and it has made a world of difference in her...

I have put together a PCOS Kit if you are interested. It will answer pretty much all of your questions, at least thats how I made it - to answer questions I have heard over the years.
