I was just diagnosed on the 21st. I just turned 17 today and have a lot of questions about the future and also now. First of all...do you ladies have a lot of abdominal pain? I do and sometimes i can't even move and keep throwing up. I've tried pain medicine and heating pad but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions would be great!!

You could have issues with enlarged ovaries, cystic ovaries or endometriosis. The later sounds more likely, maybe a combination. There are options. Do research on endometriosis - a common symptom in many PCOS women.

My daughter has a lot of abdominal pain with hers. The disposable heating pads that you put on top your underpants worked best for her when it's really bad or when she's having menstrual cramps. She was diagnosed at 16 and is now 17. I hope you feel better soon...
