I know how you feel, a few years back they put me on a course of injections to start a 'false menopause' to help with my PCOS & Endometriosis. I had all my usual symptoms as well as everyone of the menopausal symptoms. The hot flashes were horrendous!! I made sure i always had a can of Magicool & one of those little battery operated fans in my bag  I have heard that some people with PCOS say that they get hot flashes, although drs dont seem to agree.
