 Hi, I am Becca. My four-year-old son was born with a cleft lip and palate, both repaired. However, he had to have a lip revision surgery last summer, and he may need cleft palate surgery this summer.

From my own perspective, I have not had plastic surgery, but I would love to have neck lipo or a necklift and a tummy-tuck. I had a gastric bypass 7 years ago, and I'd like to get rid of some skin.
