 HOW IS EVERYONE DOING HERE? I HOPE EVERYONE IS HAVING A GOOD SUMMER. I'VE BEEN GOING THROUGH MY DEPRESSION EPISODES FOR LIKE 2 WEEKS BUT I DO STILL FIND MYSELF ON HERE.

 I am still here too. just haven't posted lately. sorry to hear about your depression, hope you can still enjoy the summer. sometimes it helps to think about what you do have and be glad for what you have and not think about what you don't have. mindfullness! live in the here and now!!my sister and i are both having lots of health issues now. i am planning to spend more time with her and do some fun things.
