Neurology Now Magazine, March/April 2008 issue has an excellent article entitled "Kids Talk" on how to start discussions with your kids about your disabilities. Although the article mentions neurological disabilities, this article can help you discuss any disabilities with your kids. So I hope this may help some here. Hugs to all.
