Your ideas will be welcome

Thank you for your suggestion. Vacationing on the beach is a wonderful idea. I spoke about this to Harry and he seems relieved. We will be speaking to the boys soon. As we will not be able to make it on our own, considering Harry’s disability, the boys’ help is needed to arrange and sort out things. Moreover, it will be a family outing.

As you mentioned, if this vacation works out, we may not even need therapy or counseling. It can cheer us up. If you have any suggestions about what we need to carry and how we got to travel, do give us your inputs. Your ideas are always welcome.

Take all the help you can

I can already see you smiling with hope. You definitely do deserve a vacation soon. I’m sure this will put many things into proper perspective. Your boys too will enjoy this vacation and all of you need this break.

The first and foremost thing you got to do is to have a talk with your physician. He will be able to explain what things you need to carry, along with the walker, wheel chair etc. Remember to carry all his drugs and medicines too. Don’t bank on the chemist at the new place. Then check with the hotel and make arrangements. Another idea is to check out if you could take a nurse along. During the vacation, you may want to enjoy alone too. So having a nurse to tend to Harry seems wise.
