I have two Service Animal Cats and in the midst of a nasty lupus rash on my face, came the day of the local disabled group meeting. I didn't know if I could make myself go to it, and even with makeup I felt like everyone would stare at me. So I decided to take my one cat with me and off we went and she rides beautifully in my electric scooter basket. I put in a comfy pillow and a soft blanket that goes up the sides so she can settle in and relax in the basket and stay totally quiet. She was fantastic for the meeting and from time to time I would reach over and give her a pet and gain confidence from her.
A good rule of life is do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup
