MDJunction to me

liamacker"The part of my recovery plan that I would say made up 80% is MDJ. I suffered a lot prior to finding MDJ, felt alone and had no one to talk to who really understood me. In the Bipolar Group I found like minded individuals who I could relate to and who offered support to me when I needed it. As I recovered, I could then offer support to them which gave me a good feeling about myself. I have met some great people here who I would class as good friends and know I would still be in the slump I was in without them. Now I am stable, I know that MDJ plays an important part in keeping me that way. Thank you MDJ for being there for us all and making us no longer feel alone." (liamacker)

Hey everyone. I can relate to your stories, have been suffering with neuropathy pain for 3 years. Not sure what is causing it. I feel like there is an underlying something that they are not diagnosing. I have muscle weakness and spasms and pain. I don't get numbness or pins and needles just pain and spasms and muscle fatigue. As for now I am classified as PN though. I am getting ready to have some autonomic nerve tests and a skin biopsy done that will hopefully give us more information about what is going on with my muscles. I joined the MG group also as I have some of those symptoms also. It is great to be able to get support from others going through the same thing.

Hi Autumn11, I'm Janiekins and I feel exactly as you do, although I've been dealing with this pain for almost 5 yrs now and I've already had the nerve test, along with the skin biopsy. The nerve test showed "small fiber neuropathy", but it hasn't given the doctors anything more to go on.

I'm so tired of feeling this way, I'm a normal, healthy and active person, but this is robbing me of my life.

I'm currently on Lyrica, but it doesn't seem to work much.

I have muscle pain in my lower back, hips and legs constantly, but if you grab my arm or squeeze any part of my body, it's painful like a bruise. It's as if my muscles are in constant pain from working out.

I want to find a cause and cure soon!!

hey nice to meet you Janiekins, thanks for responding to my post. I am still waiting for my autonomic reflex screen and my skin biopsy, although I don't have big hopes of them finding anything we don't already know. Anyways, lately pain has been more under control. The weather seems to affect me a little. I am so not ready for winter. Hope you are well. Have a good week.
