Now, if we could only find a wise man. Perhaps we should settle for a wise woman? They seem to be a WHOLE lot easier to find!

Okay. I normally don't like long, "story" jokes but I gotta post this one. Where better than under Karen's "wise man" post? lol.

Here it is:

Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson were going camping. They pitched their tent under the stars and went to sleep. Sometime in the middle of the night Holmes woke Watson up and said: "Watson, look up at the stars, and tell me what you see." Watson replied: "I see millions and millions of stars." Holmes said: "And what do you deduce from that?" Watson replied: "Well, if there are millions of stars, and if even a few of those have planets, it’s quite likely there are some planets like Earth out there. And if there are a few planets like Earth out there, there might also be life." And Holmes said: "Watson, you idiot, it means that somebody stole our tent."

Only a wise man would realize that, and only a strong and self-assured man would say it out loud. Smile

Blink you slipped the story in while I was commenting on the wise man post. Grin

Wink I'll update my posts after I return from yet another art show this weekend. Only one more to go after this one! (yippee)

(They really tire me out but I need the exercise and I feel so much more relaxed afterwards.)

Priyeni, I depend on Karen and the rest of you ladies to keep me on the straight and narrow.

Niters!
