flip12flop

My 91 yr. old dad suffers from undiagnosed PD and dementia which might be related to it. He is undiagnosed because he has refused to see another neurologist since the first one told him he does NOT have PD (what a loser). He also has anemia of general causes, has had a heart attack indicated by scar tissue (which I never ever heard about), and more, but he eats well every time I've joined them for a meal at their assisted living. Now he has lost 9 pounds in one month, and I noticed and he told me that his pants don't fit him anymore. I am wondering what is the cause of his weight loss. I will speak to his doctor this week, but if anyone has any idea of the cause, would you send a reply. Thanks.

I sure wish I had an answer for the unexplained weight loss. You might ask those at the assisted living facility if he is eating well at every meal. Bless his heart, 91 yrs old. What a great life he has lived.

I hope the best for you and for him. Merry Christmas! Treasure every moment you have together.

Carl
