So I'm new at this I have never been on support group but I am getting to the point now a days that I am not sure what to do and if I'm doing things rite. My son has bi polar, odd, adhd and processing issue. and thing were going good he has been so calm and happy. But the last month he has just been melting down every day at least 2 times and about 45mins to an hour each. Just wondering how other people deal with things.

For me the most important thing that I have learned is to have patience, it also helps to have someone to vent to for your own well being.

Hello and welcome Sandra. You joining this group you will no longer feel alone, i come online daily and I also belong to other groups here at mdj and i receive much support, i've even made friends here too, i no longer feel alone.

I am very sorry you are experiencing some rough times with your son, are you in therapy? Therapy always helped me in my parenting and relationships with others along with getting to know myself and coping with my bipolar symptoms. Wishing you all the best, keep posting we are here for you.
