How is everyone doing today?
I am not a professional, any and all advice that I give is based solely on personal experiences and is not intended to take the place of a medical or mental health professional.
My diagnosis:
Bipolar I Extreme rapid cycling, General Anxiety disorder, Social anxiety disorder, PTSD, Fibromyalgia
My meds:
Equetro 800mg
Klonopin 1mg as needed for anxiety
Celexa 40mg
Atarax
Lyrica 100mg x 3 a day

Im not sure... I was sick all weekend and still a little under the weather. So didnt go to work ... But now I feel real guilty cause I probaly should have went . But screw that im sick and I have the sick time I dont feel guilty anymore ... thanks for the help lol ..So to answer the ? . Im feeling sick, guilty,and most of all confused
