Insteadof using numbers, I thought we would try using words to describe how we feel. It can be one word or you can elaborate, let's give it a try!

Bipolar I Extreme rapid cycling, General Anxiety disorder, Social anxiety disorder, PTSD, Fibromyalgia
My meds:
Equetro 800mg
Klonopin 1mg as needed for anxiety
Celexa 40mg
Atarax
Lyrica 100mg x 3 a day

Woke up wanting to go to go back to bed, as I have done for the last 3 days. Felt energized when we went to see some old friends who are here from upcountry. But anxious and bit hypomanic all the time. Back to mixed state. Oh well, another day in BP land Laughing
