Mooku? Japanese Hidden Sense...?

I was watching a movie last night about a woman who has face blindness, it's where she can remember places and things but everytime she looks at a person's face it is different. So she was at a visit with a Neuropsychiatrist and they began talking about what she could do to strengthen what she does have. The doctor said that the ability to walk without thinking is a hidden sense the Japanese call Mooku and there are ways to develope and harness it. I can't seem to find anything on it online, maybe I am spelling it wrong... so I decided I would post incase anyone has heard of it... if you don't want to post because you do not belong to the group.. please PM me Wink
