I realize this may be debated if this should be here but I find that when it comes to healing from negative paranormal or unexplained experiences a topic like this may be helpful to learn techniques or a different outlook.

I would love for you all to watch The Secret. It is based on a book but seeing I am not a huge reader the docu came in really handy. I took 3 pages of notes, it really was a great boost of positive energy. My whole life everyone always told me ya know your so negative you make these things happen and I would get so mad, I thought what do they know. But being I am so spiritual and feel that you can influence things with positive energy I never realize that yes you can be the core of why negative things keep happening. I realize that we can not blame ourselves but we can try to change the outcomes. It is much easier said than done. Anywho check it out if you have a chance. It is free to watch online >
