Another thing that can make you to feel slightly more hyper is Alcohol. While alcohol is really a depressant, in small quantities it can affect your awareness, leading to anxiety. Drinking in excess of alcohol and developing a hangover can cause quite the anxiety shock to your system too. A little salt here and there is not bad for you, in fact it's good for you. It's important to have adquate salt in your diet. REALLY I CAN RELAX WITH A BEER IN THE MORNING?!? YAY!!!!! LOL Wink

I know that isn't what they mean, but the wording is funny. I had to reread it to realize they meant the coffee in the morning. I am sure that relaxing with a beer in the morning is not a good idea!

A beer and a xanax and your on your way to work right?!? LOL. And then be ready for a nap at 10am. Yeah, sounds like it could be a good day! Not so sure how long you would have a job though...

It was during hurricane season one year, no lights, limited food, no air, I was not a happy camper lol So that was the last drink we had in the house and it was 7am, I went on the porch cracked open a hot one and was polishing my toe nails, I was over it and didn't give a F*ck what the neighbors thought. Smile my girlfriend called and said she almost pissed her self when she drove by and saw me lol I can be a redneck if the situation calls for it, I'm adaptable lol rofl

That helped a lot. I've been doing a bit of research here and there trying to figure out what is going on with me and as I pulled random facts of information, it matches everything you talked about. I discovered that I think I have developed temporary panic disorder due to alcohol and I get surges of adrenaline through my body at random times (especially if I drink any amount of caffeine) which leads to gasping for that deep breath. (I was getting other withdrawal symptoms to but those all went away) This happened to me once before, but I thought it was due to insulation or carpet fibers b/c I used to work in an industrial building at that time, I panicked a lot and checked myself into emergency twice. They didn't find anything. I've learned to control it, and I'm already avoiding alcohol and caffeine which I couldn't live without, but after experiencing all of the horrible symptoms, I think it's a good idea to just let go of it all together. It has like 35 toxins in it anyway. Thanks.
