I have had panic attacks for about 10 years and I am ready to be over it. Just thought some support would be helpful from people who know what I am going through

Welcome to the group!!!

You have come to the right spot for support from people that know how it feels to live with panic attacks. Some are further in their recoveries than others, but they all understand. We are here for each other in good times and bad. I hope that we can be of some help to you. I have lived with panic/anxiety since I was a child. It has gotten better, but I still have my moments.

Again, welcome to the group. Feel free to post all you want, join in other discussions, and enjoy yourself here. We are all here to give and get support.

If there is anything I can do, please let me know. You can pm me anytime! Your friend, Chris

nikkibear welcome to the group. I came to this group for the same reason you did and it has helped me a lot just talking to others who understand and who are going through similar experiences as I am. I've felt so much better being able to talk to people. I don't think others in my life fully understand unless they've had panic attacks too.

So welcome to the group and I hope it helps you as much as it's helped me!!
