Career woman with 2 grown children, 2 grandchildren. Married for second time. I enjoy online MMO games, painting, reading, Karaoke, playing piano and guitar. Suffered from Panic Attacks about 20 years ago and after 5 years they simply disappeared. Last year they returned again. Trying to prevent my life from becoming the train wreck these attacks caused years ago.Dizzy

I suppose I have been a bit stressed but that is nothing new really. I have a very stressful job but have always been told I work well under pressure. My Mom was diagnosed with dementia 3 years ago and my husband and I take care of her although becuase my husband has cerebral palsy most of the physical work falls to me. It has been hard watching her decline and my sisters have pretty much left it to me, I don't think they want to be around her because it is so sad to see her this way. I don't recall there being a specific trigger for these new panic attacks. The first one I had that kicked off this round came while I was simply sitting watching TV (So You Think You Can Dance). Go figure, huh?
