A man sooner or later discovers that he is the master-gardener of his soul, the director of his life.
Begin at once to live, and count each separate day as a separate life.
Clouds come floating into my life, no longer to carry rain or usher storm, but to add color to my sunset sky.
It is a common experience that a problem difficult at night is resolved in the morning after the committee of sleep has worked on it.

You bet! I am even sensitive to loud people LOL!! I tell everyone, "Stop talking so loud, you don't need to shout" because it just gets to me. I like silence LOL Smile

If I am having high anxiety I have to have it quiet as can be. I think sometimes when I am having anxiety my hearing senses are really sensitive for some reason. Kinda when you have a headache and you can smell everything really strongly. So yes loud noises can get to me and sometimes they don't bother me. I am around screaming kids quite often so I am use to it. lol
I am not a doctor although wish I was. LOL All of my comments are strictly my opinion only from my own experiences. I am on no medications at the time but have taken medication in the past. So anything I say about medication is only my opinion from the experiences I have had while on medication. Never stop taking or take medication without talking to your doctor first.
