this is the way i am going to explain it. When i get a panic attack i sometimes get trembles and my body will tighten up and this is what my chest feels like now. Does anyone feel like that ever?

Hi I feel that way quit often..I try some of these relaxing things before takeing a Klonopin..Have you tried breathing in deep and close your eyes..concentrate on your breathing..Or if you have a fish tank shut eveything off in the room and listen to the tank and think of a babbleing brook..Or aroma therapy is another good thing to try..If you have soft pets just sit and breath in the nose out the mouth nice and evenly and pet your animal..

Yeah, I've had a tightness in my chest without a panic attack too. Just the anxiety of a stressful day can cause such a thing. The object is to try and relax and it will go away, but if you continue to get more and more tense from worrying about it, it will probably just get worse. So my advise would be to try your hardest to relax.
