is it possible and how would it be possible to cause or trigger a panic attack in another person.

a) one person on another

b)two people on another

c) two or more people on other

would it be possible to scare another person enough by a look, grimace or tone of voice into having a panic attack.

would it be possible to use any item that would scare someone if you just flashed it at them enough to trigger a panic attack?

what would be the effect of this on their mental state if they then started asking questions?

It is possible for people to be triggers for panic attacks. Anyone of the above can be a possibility, for me sounds, smells and bright lights. Are you trying to cause one for someone? Just curious the devil face? Usually while in panic, a persons thinking process is distorted so they may not be able to answer your questions with clarity.

Panicmaster, do you have panic attack? or just want to cause on someone else? I don't know what's up with your questions.

Please clarify. Wink

I am not a Doctor, Nurse or Medical Professional. Im not even Dr. Seuss, Dr. Dolittle or Dr. Dre. :) I only share advice from my own personal experiences with Panic Attack Disorder. It is soley for information purposes only, please continue to take your Doctors advice. I share what I have learned, read, experienced and know what has helped me, I share this information in hopes it will be of help or comfort to someone else. Good luck, Relax, and lets continue to support one another, and conquer panic the best way we can! :)

This doesn't sound very positive to me. It sounds like you are trying to cause someone else to have a panic attack and if that happens to be the case, then that is so not cool. Give us some more details....
Diagnosed Bipolar 2005(FOUND OUT IN 2012 THAT I WAS MISDIAGNOSED),Recovering Addict,ADHD,
Anxiety Disorder, EBV, fibromyalgia, sporadic hemiplegic migraines, chronic fatigue syndrome

I am not a doctor. I give advice about things, but you should never take my advice over that you would get from your doctor. My advice is just what I have learned from my life experiences and is just my opinion.

The questions you asks vary from person to person everyones triggers for there panic attacks are diffrent people can not put me into a panic attack, mine are being in a closed space, or the feeling of being trapped somewhere but above that my panic is all a phys. feeling of my chest pain and tightness with a raipd heart rate which makes me think of a heart attack

BUT...I as well would like to know why you would ask a question like this? why the devil face? I would hope no one on this planet would EVER want anyone to bring on a panic attack due to the fact that they are VERY scary and make you think that you are dying NOTHING to be made fun of...

Do you even have panic? If so why these questions? I am concerned as a Group Leader to what you may be asking or wanting to know please clarify this as soon as you can
